How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, choose a size where offered, then select Checkout. Enter your contact and shipping details, review your total and submit. You'll receive an order number and payment instructions right away.
How do I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer. After you place an order, send the order total to the e-Transfer address shown on your confirmation and include your order number in the message. We never ask for your banking login or password.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order stays Pending Payment until we confirm your e-Transfer has been received. We then prepare and ship it.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. No separate tax is added at checkout.
What are the products made of?
Our products are 3D-printed. Email forge_matrixcraftlab@outlook.com if you have a question about a specific item.
How big are the products?
Dimensions are listed on each product page where available. Some items come in two sizes; choose the size before adding to your cart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $15.00 CAD by Canada Post, and free on orders over $75.00 CAD. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
